ANNOUNCING OUTREACH #1 FOR THE 2025 - 2026 SEASON

Benefiting: FAME Ranch (Tuscumbia, Alabama)
Event Dates: December 6 & 7, 2025
Location: Phil Campbell & Haleyville, Alabama

Looking Back: Outreach #1 for the 2024–2025 Season

Level Elite Sports kicked off the 2024–2025 club season with its annual Crossover Tournament. The "Crossover" is a special tournament for Level Elite teams held at the beginning of each season. It’s designed as a tool for developing team rotations, learning officiating responsibilities, and building team chemistry. It also serves as the platform for our first Outreach project of each new club year — giving our athletes the opportunity to serve others beyond the court.

Last year’s Reach Out focused on two of our former Level Elite families — the Thomas and Holderfield families.

  • Ashley Newsome Thomas played for Florence High School and Mississippi State under LES Club Director Tina Seals, and her sibling Aleah played for Level Elite on a National team.

  • Megan Holderfield played at Central High School in Florence and also coached for Level Elite, while her sibling Morgan played for the club as well.

Both Ashley and Morgan welcomed premature babies who were cared for at UAB in Birmingham, Alabama. During the 2024–2025 Crossover, Level Elite hosted a diaper and wipes drive, and each team created encouraging cards for Baby Deacon (Ashley and Courtney Thomas) and Baby Jack (Megan and Turner Holderfield).

Because we love a little healthy competition, we even turned the card-making into a contest and encouraged everyone to vote for their favorite! Most importantly, the Level Elite community came together in prayer and support for these two families and their baby boys.

Looking Ahead: Outreach #1 for the 2025–2026 Season

This season, Level Elite Sports is proud to announce that our first Outreach event will benefit FAME Ranch in Tuscumbia, Alabama.

About FAME Ranch

Nestled in the rolling hills near Tuscumbia, FAME Ranch (4450 Ligon Springs Rd) is part of the Alabama Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches, a faith-based organization providing a stable, loving environment for children and teens in need of care, support, and guidance.

FAME Ranch gives youth the opportunity to grow in responsibility, character, and faith through daily life experiences that include caring for animals, helping with outdoor projects, and learning life skills in a structured home setting.

The Ranch’s mission is to provide “Christian homes for Alabama’s needy, neglected, or abused children,” helping them develop a strong foundation for life. By supporting FAME Ranch, we extend the heart of Level Elite beyond volleyball — sharing compassion, hope, and encouragement where it’s needed most.

The Level Elite Crossover

The annual Level Elite Crossover brings together all six Level Elite sites for a weekend of mini scrimmage sets, skill work, and team bonding. It’s one of the most anticipated weekends of the year — where players and coaches connect, compete, and celebrate the start of the new club season.

This year’s event will be held December 6–7, 2025, across venues in Phil Campbell and Haleyville, Alabama. During this weekend, we’ll also collect donations for FAME Ranch as part of our first outreach of the season.

How to Participate

Level Elite families will soon receive a detailed list of suggested donation items closer to the event date through team WhatsApp groups and email updates.

Here’s a preview of needed items for the Ranch:

  • Laundry detergent or pods

  • Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins)

  • General cleaning products

  • Shampoo and conditioner

  • Soap and body wash

  • Hairbrushes and personal care items

  • Fabric stain remover

  • Non-perishable snacks and canned sodas

  • Gift cards or monetary donations

Collection tables will be available at each Crossover site for teams to bring items. We’ll also have team challenges and friendly competitions to make giving fun and engaging — because at Level Elite, we love to compete in everything we do, especially when it comes to serving others.

Why It Matters

  • Impact: These donations will directly support the children and staff at FAME Ranch, helping meet daily living needs and showing them that their community cares.

  • Leadership: Our athletes learn what it means to lead by serving — living out the values that define Level Elite.

  • Unity: When all six sites join together in giving, we show the true strength of our program — one team, one family, one purpose.

Get Ready to Give Back

Mark your calendars for December 6–7, 2025 and bring your donations to the Level Elite Crossover in Phil Campbell and Haleyville.

Stay tuned for the final donation list, and join us as we make Outreach #1 for the 2025–2026 season a powerful expression of teamwork, generosity, and love.

Together, we’ll continue to make a difference — both on and off the court.
