Level Elite Sports kicked off the 2024-2025 club season with it's annual Crossover Tournament. The "Crossover" is a tournament for Level Elite teams which is held at the beginning of each club season. It is used as a tool for working on team rotations, officiating, and team bonding. It is also used to kick off our first Reach Out of the season. This year's Reach Out was focused toward two of our former Level Elite families, the Thomas and Holderfield families. Ashley Newsome Thomas played for Florence High School in Florence, Alabama and at Mississippi State under LES Club Director Tina Seals. Ashley's sibling, Aleah, played for Level Elite on a National team coached by Tina Seals. Megan Holderfield played at Central High School in Florence, Alabama and was a coach for Level Elite. Her sibling, Morgan played for Level Elite. Both Ashley and Morgan had premature babies who were born and cared for at UAB in Birmingham, Alabama. Level Elite had a diaper and wipes drive during the Crossover Tournament and each team made encouraging cards for Baby Deacon (Ashley and Courtney Thomas) and Baby Jack (Megan and Turner Holderfield). We have turned the cards into a competition since we love to compete in everything we do. So, we ask that you take a minute and vote for the card you like the best. There is a link for each family. Also, we ask that you pray for baby Deacon and baby Jack's health and growth.
