Level Elite Sports congratulates Jasmine Kelly (Grace Christian School (MS)/LES 18 Royal) and Callie Danley (Rogers High School (AL)/LES 18 Red).  Kelly and Danley are 2021 Level Elite Sports Collegiate Scholarship recipients.  Both athletes were awarded scholarships in the amount of $1000.  Kelly will be attending Mississippi University for Women and plans to study Nursing while Danley will be attending Northwest-Shoals Community College to study accounting/phlebotomy.     

The Level Elite Collegiate Scholarship program was started in 2017.  Past recipients were Tori Weir (2017) and Camryn Johnson (2021).   All scholarship recipients must have participated in a Level Elite Sports program.  More information about the Level Elite Collegiate Scholarship Program can be found at www.levelelitesports.com under the Payments and Resources Tab.

Level Elite Sports will host a Delta Region High Performance tryout on Sunday, March 3 at their Columbus, MS location.  Justin Dee, head coach at Belhaven University, will conduct the tryout.  Pre-registration is required and a non-refundable $25 tryout fee is due at the time of registration.  Participants will receive a Delta HP shirt at tryouts to keep.  The deadline to register is February 23, 2019 at 5:00 PM.   Due to the amount of paperwork required for each tryout , walk-ups are not accepted.  Click here to register and read more about the Delta Region's High Performance Program.

Volleyball Skills & Drills Academy for the Shoals Area will start on Tuesday, April 2.   The academy is for girls entering 7th through 9th who want to improve their volleyball skills.  Classes will be held at Sheffield Recreation Center on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm starting April 2 and ending April 29.  Payment will be collected at the beginning of each session.  Cost is $25 per session or  $100 for all if paid at the beginning of the first session.   Please click here to register.

We want to thank all of you who participated in our "Stock the Pantry" campaign.  We were able to give Coach Tom and his wife, Sara, a huge welcome due to your kindness.  The "Stock the Pantry" Campaign winners were drawn at our recent parent meeting, and the winners were Laura Lunsford, Raven Chance, and Emma Archer. Congratulations to these three and a huge thanks to everyone that participated in the campaign.

Shoals Attack 18 National, Shoals Attack 171, and Shoals Attack 15 Red all ended their season with a championship medal. SA 181 won the 18's division, SA 171 won the 17's Silver division, and SA 15 Red won the 15 Gold division at the Battle of the Regions Tournament. A huge congratulations to these three teams.

Level Elite recently had two verbal commitments from a pair of MJ 2021 seniors. Zoe Hansen (Level Elite 17 Royal) verbally committed to Mississippi University for Women. Zoe plays high school ball in Mississippi for Samantha Brooks at Caledonia High School. Daylyn Nettles (Level Elite 17 Royal) verbally committed to Itawamba Community College. Daylyn plays high school ball in Mississippi for Allison Woolbright at New Hope High School. A huge congratulation to Zoe and Daylyn!

Lindsey Walker, an outside hitter from Muscle Shoals High School has signed with the Mississippi University for Women (The W) in Columbus, Mississippi. She has been a part of the Level Elite Shoals Attack and Mississippi Juniors program for seven years, 2012-2019.

Gigi Fields, a senior from Heritage Academy in Columbus, MS signed to continue her education and volleyball career at Birmingham-Southern College.  She has been a part of the Level Elite Shoals Attack program for two years, 2016 and 2019.

Tori Walker, a middle hitter from Wilson High School signed with Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama. She played with Level Elite Shoals Attack program for one year, 2018.

Savannah Graham, an outside hitter from Lawrence County High School in Moulton, Alabama has committed to Snead State Community College in Boaz, Alabama. She has been a part of the Level Elite Shoals Attack program for eight years, 2011-2019.

Jaida Willis signed a scholarship to play at Blue Mountain College.  She will join current Level Elite player, Ashley Wright, next fall as Blue Mountain begins their inaugural season.  Jaida was a part of the Level Elite volleyball program for four years, 2015 - 2018.

Jermia Davis, from Muscle Shoals High School in Muscle Shoals, Alabama has signed with Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, MS. She has been a part of the Level Elite Shoals Attack program for one season, 2019.

Zoe Busbee, a hitter from Florence High School has signed with Gadsden State Community College in Gadsden, Alabama. She was a part of the Level Elite Shoals Attack program for two years, 2016 & 2017.

Collin Bowen will join former Shoals Attack volleyball player, Silvia Sartori, at Lee University in the fall.  She was honored by family and friends today at Sumiton Christian School as she signed to play volleyball with the Flames. Collin is from Jasper, Alabama and plays on the Shoals Attack 181 team.  Level Elite Sports is very proud of Collin and looks forward to supporting her throughout her collegiate volleyball career.

Vicky Vo, a third year Level Elite volleyball player, signed to play for Coach Justin Dee at Belhaven College in Jackson, Mississippi.  The Miss Jrs 181 player hails from Starkville High School in Starkville, MS.  Level Elite Sports congratulates Vicky.  Vo is the third Mississippi Juniors player to sign this season.  She joins Khris Carr (Mississippi State University) and Harli Sessor (Millsaps College) who signed earlier in the school year.

Harli Sesser, a third year Level Elite volleyball player, committed to Millsaps College during her visit to the campus.  The Miss Jrs 181 player is a senior at Heritage Academy in Columbus, MS.  Level Elite Sports congratulates Harli on her volleyball commitment to Millsaps College.  

April Reese signed a volleyball scholarship with Middle Georgia State University on Friday, July 8.  April is from Starkville, Mississippi and has played on various Mississippi Juniors and Shoals Attack club teams during the past three years. Level Elite Sports is very proud of April, and we look forward to supporting her throughout her collegiate volleyball career.

Congratulations to April Reese on being selected to play on the 2015 MAC Volleyball All-Stars team.  Reese, a junior from Starkville High School, will join last year's LES 171 teammate, Kaitlyn Wilson from Tupelo High School, on the North Squad.  Level Elite Sports is very proud of April and her most recent award.  

Shoals Attack 171 player, Kaitlyn Wilson, has been selected to play for the North team in the 2014 Mississippi Association of Coaches All-Star Volleyball game.  She was also selected Mississippi first-team all-district.  Congratulation Kaitlyn!  

Two Level Elite volleyball players were selected to the Clarion-Ledger Mississippi All State Volleyball team this past week.  April Reese (Miss Jrs 181) from Starkville High School (MS) and Kaitlyn Wilson (Shoals Attack 181) from Tupelo High School (MS) both heard of their selection this week.   Reese, a middle hitter, had 255 digs, 168 kills and 53 blocks for the Lady Yellowjackets, who were 22-10 and made the Class III playeoffs.  Wilson, a libero, had 365 digs, 86 aces, and 82 kills for the Lady Golden Wave which finished 31-11 and reached the Class III quarter finals.  A big congratulations to both Level Elite Volleyball players!

Five Shoals Attack players were selected to the Times Daily All-Area Team for their outstanding high school play.  Kellyn Harper (Muscle Shoals High School) made the first team in the setter position.  Making the second team as a setter was Breylee Linder (Florence High School), Morgan Statom (Central High School) as a defensive specialist, and Lauren Williams (Brooks High School) as a hitter.  Lexi Sigle (Florence High School) was honorable mention as a hitter.  Congratulations to all of these Level Elite athletes.  We are very proud of your recent accomplishment.

Congratulations to SA171, Kenzie McDaniel, for being selected to the Winfield All-Journal Record Volleyball Team.  The junior from Winfield High School dished out 833 assist over the course of the season and finished with 61 service aces.  She is also a 2014 All-WAC and All-Area Volleyball Selection.  Congratulations Kenzie.  Level Elite Sports is proud of you. 

Three team members from the 2014 Shoals Attack National Team were selected this week to the Clarion Ledger MS Preps All-State Volleyball Team.  Khris Carr, a senior outside hitter from Starkville High School was a first team selection.  April Reese, a junior middle hitter from Starkville High, was a third team selection along with Kaitlyn Wilson.  Kaitlyn is a junior libero from Tupelo High School.  Reese will be playing the 2015 season for Miss Jrs 181 and Wilson will play for Shoals Attack 171.  Carr will continue training with the Mississippi Juniors teams in preparation for her freshman year at Mississippi State
